L'Etape du Tour 2021 - Nice, Sunday 4th July Ride the most famous Sportive in the world. Reserve your space now with £200 pre-registration deposit. With the cancellation of the 2020 edition, the organisers have decided to keep the location of Nice for 2021.
As an Official Tour Operator for L'Etape du Tour, we offer the chance to experience this iconic event. The 2021 starts and finishes on the Cote d’Azur, in the historic & stunning city of Nice. Stage 2 of the Tour de France is a 177km route taking in 3 climbs - Col de la Colmiane (1 500m) Col de Turini (1 607 m) Col d'Eze (507 m) before finishing back in Nice. The Pro's took on this stage on Sunday 28th June 2020.
Our hotels are located around the North East of central Nice meaning we have an easier run out on Friday to local climbs such as the Col de l'Ecre de Pre du Lac, Col de Braus, Col d'Eze or you can spin over to Monte Carlo and test your legs on the infamous Col de la Madone (made famous by a certain Texan!).
From our client feedback & experience, a Thursday arrival lets you set up your bike, do a short spin and relax. You also avoid Friday madness at the Airports!
On Friday we can explore the local roads and recce some of the Etape climbs to get you prepared for the event on Sunday. Saturday is our group ride to the Expo to collect race packs. Sunday is an early start for the short spin to the Start on the seafront in Nice. After you finish, we will direct you back to the hotel to relax and enjoy your achievement!
Spaces are extremely limited and we can take care of all the logistics for you. The event is always a sell out and we are already taking pre-registration deposits.
We can also provide longer stay options before & afterwards for those cyclists who are looking to explore the famous climbs and experience the Tour de France which passes through a couple of days afterwards. Please let us know at the time of enquiry.

The route and start finish locations for the 2021 Etape du Tour are announced in mid-October however we will have advanced notice and can make the whole trip a seamless experience with preferred hotels, transfers, rides and guaranteed entry
Airport pickup is at set times so please check before booking your flights.
Local bike hire is available however please let us know at the time of booking if you require a bike!
Please ensure all the members of your group have appropriate travel insurance - it is a condition of travel with All Things Ride.
L'Etape du Tour requires you to provide a current medical certificate when you pick up your race pack on the day before your ride. To take part in the 2018 Etape du Tour you have to get a medical certificate signed by your doctor within the last year from the event date.
This is a legal requirement and failure to comply will mean you are cannot participate in the event.
