(3.3) Site Usage Analysis
Like many websites, we use a 3rd party data processor called Google Analytics (GA) and their logging software to track user interaction, to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to follow their journey through the website. Although this logging software collects data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system and IP address, none of this information personally identifies you to us and the IP address is concealed from us.

(3.4) Enquiry Forms
While using The Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personal Information which can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include:

Should you choose to contact us using any of the enquiry forms on our site, none of the data that you enter and transmit will be stored on The Service. Your enquiry will be handled by a 3rd party processor called Hubspot. Transmission of your information from a webpage on this site to Hubspot will be done using a secure protocol (https). A record of each enquiry will be retained on Hubspot’s secure server.
Personal Information entered via any enquiry form will only be used as part of any response to that specific enquiry and any follow up information regarding your holiday(s) or event(s)

A copy of user submitted data via Hubspot services will also be entered into an email which will be sent to us using Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) protected by TLS (or SSL).
This means that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet before being decrypted by our local computers and devices.
(3.5) Mailing List
Our mailing list facility is provided by a 3rd party processor called MailChimp who store our member email addresses.

(4) Data Breaches
We will report any unlawful data breach of The Service’s database or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
