Thursday:
Late afternoon, arrivals and check in to the hotel. Welcome goodie bag & dinner
Friday:
Morning meet & greet and guided ride with Peter Van Petegem. Route from Kortrijk to Oudenaarde with visit to RVV Museum. Lunch break at Muur van Geraadsbergen. Afternoon transfer back to hotel & visit to Quick-Step Floors Team hotel for official press conference with Team meet & greet. Evening dinner at Team hotel and meet Sports Director Tom Steels & Wilfried Peeters.
Saturday - WE RIDE FLANDERS SPORTIVE
Morning transfer to Oudenaarde for start of Ronde van Vlaanderen Sportive. Afternoon visit to Quick-Step Floors Team Pop-Up Store. Evening dinner in Ghent.
Sunday:
Morning breakfast and transfer to Antwerp for the start of the Ronde van Vlaanderen Pro Race. VIP access to Quick-Step Floors Cycling Team. Afternoon access to VIP Hospitality area at Oude Kwaremont including lunch. Evening dinner at Italian Restaurant in Oudenaarde and transfer back to hotel.
Monday:
Check out and end of your spectacular weekend !

For cancellation made within Feb 24th 2018, the 50% of deposit's amount is refundable. Balance is due within February 25th 2018. For cancellation made after this date (Feb 25th) the whole amount of the trip is 100% in penalty and non-refundable.
The best way of getting to the area on the Friday is by driving which takes around 1hr 45mins from Calais. Alternatives are flying to Brussels (1hr away) or Eurostar. The cobbles of Flanders are not as brutal as Paris Roubaix.
We do recommend fitting 25mm tyres and maybe double wrapping your handlebars. A nice climbing gear is recommended due to multiple climbs. You dont want to have to stop and walk. It is an early start for the Sportives and March can bring cold weather. Therefore, please bring appropriate clothing with you.
Local bike hire is available however please let us know at the time of booking if you require a bike! With 16000 Flanders cyclists in the local area, demand is extremely high over these dates.
