In 2020, The Milestone Series launches the Båstad 198 in Sweden. With the Mallorca 312 & Eifel 205 already attracting record numbers, the Series takes its format to Sweden to experience the incredible riding on offer there.
We have 4* Hotel Accommodation available right in the heart of Båstad along with Guaranteed entry to the Gran Fondo which takes place on Sunday 13th September 2020.
We recommend arriving on Friday 11th or Saturday 12th so you can collect your entry and get ready for the big day. The route takes you right into the area known as the 'Swedish Tuscany' allowing you to experience a fantastic journey along amazing Swedish landscapes. Closed roads make this a great option to see and ride in an area less well known than others.

Båstad is on the Swedish coast with the Hallandian ridge stretching behind it. The town sits right on the coastline and the land rises behind the town. The Båstad 198 (Milestone Series) is the first Gran Fondo event to be hosted in this area.
The Båstad 198 (Milestone Series) is located in Sweden. Helsingborg (AGH) is he closest airport and is located 15.5 km away. Other airports to consider are Halmstad (HAD) (28.5 km), Copenhagen (CPH) (89.7 km), Malmo (MMX) (103.4 km) and Gothenburg (GOT) (142.2 km).
